ABOUT

Ava Maciulewski

Interaction Designer + Creative
Currently based in Seattle, Wa

Ava is a multidisciplinary artist and designer passionate about designing thoughtful, user-centered experiences that bridge strategy, technology, and visual communication. She earned her B.Des. in Interaction Design from the University of Washington, where she developed a systems-driven approach to solving complex design challenges.

Her practice spans UX, product design, and visual identity, with a focus on creating intuitive digital experiences and compelling visual systems. Ava believes the strongest design solutions emerge from curiosity, research, and a willingness to uncover insights that others might overlook. Her work is defined by clarity, intentionality, and a bold, playful perspective that balances expression with function.

Currently working as a freelance graphic designer, Ava continues to explore how visual storytelling and interaction design can create meaningful connections between people and products.

Outside of design, you'll likely find her training in the dance studio, exploring the city, listening to Lady Gaga, or enjoying soft serve from Nana's Green Tea.
